Jeff grew up in Pennsylvania. After receiving a degree in Management Information Systems, he relocated to the mountains of Colorado. He has held various sales executive and sales management positions in print media, software, and real estate. In 2013, he launched Pinnacle Business Group, exclusively representing the the best line of supplemental health products in the industry.
David
Field Director
David grew up in Minnesota and moved to the mountains to fulfill his passion for skiing. For the last 37 years, he has taught skiing and golf. Diana, David's wife, was initially presented with the supplemental programs, and fortunately, asked if there were any open sales positions with the company. As a cancer survivor, David could see how much of a help the products would have been to him personally. David was the first agent to be hired by PBG, and has excelled as a team leader. David prides himself in offering strong customer service, something he has focused on his entire life.
Henny
Field Director
With a background in Healthcare and Hospitality Sales, Henny knew right away the importance of all the supplemental health plans our company offers. She has held positions in sales for thriving medical practices, healthcare support companies, and sales management positions with large recreation companies. Henny is married and has three children and three grandchildren.
Aaron Hyslip has a background in sales and sales management, and is passionate about empowering and protecting families in his community from the tragic affects of medical expenses. Alongside his professional achievements, he treasures his role as a devoted husband and father to a beautiful baby boy. Aaron's dedication to education and community service underscores his commitment to making a positive impact to families in the Phoenix Metro area.
Michael graduated with a BA from Arizona State University in 1988 after leaving the frozen tundra of Cleveland, Ohio. He has lived in Arizona for 35 years and enjoys golfing, hiking & biking.
He has worked for the Phoenix Cardinals, Southwest Airlines, and has also worked in medical sales. He recently married his high school sweetheart, Margo, and are the proud parents of Milo, their Akita puppy.
Claire is originally from Leicester, England. She moved to the Vail Valley in 1998 where she owned and operated a barbershop for a few years. She is married to her husband of 20 years and lives in Eagle, CO with their two sons on their beautiful ranch with horses, dogs, and sheep.
Alie was born and raised in Southern California found that a career with Pinnacle was a hidden gem. She is forever grateful to be a part of such meaningful work to protect people and families financially. Having multiple people in her family struggle through cancer and her own father suffer a bad accident there was no hesitation that this was the right career for her.
The support from this team has made her transition from the service industry smooth like butter. Not having any experience in sales prior was not a deciding factor and definitely does not determine your success here.

Kelly

Kelly grew up in the Colorado mountains and graduated from Western Colorado University in 2012 with her degree in teaching. She taught elementary school for 11 years and was also a veterinary assistant for one year. Kelly, her husband Jake, son William, and two dogs moved back to the Western Slope of Colorado in June of 2024. Kelly has always had a passion for helping others. When presented with the opportunity to join the McGrew Agency in the summer of 2024 Kelly knew this was the best opportunity to help families in her community. It allows her to help protect and educate families about the important products offered by Globe Life Family Heritage on a daily basis. Kelly is excited to meet new people. She loves being part of a team that continually supports and cheers each other on.

Denise Brown was born and raised in Colorado. She held jobs in law enforcement for nearly 16 years before deciding to make a career change. She worked for a Skilled Nursing Facility for one year and then was fortunate enough to start a career with Globe Life Family Heritage Division where she feel that her passion to help people can truly shine. She values strong customer service, honesty and integrity, aiming to not only provide these things in all she does, but to build strong, lasting relationships with all of her clients.
She has an 11 year old daughter, Vivian, and will be getting married to her best friend Adam May 2026 in Costa Rica, where they plan to relocate one day.
Mitch

Growing up along the Wasatch range in Utah, Mitch found himself attending university in Washington, and Oregon after his first couple of years away. Graduating in Oregon with a degree in business, Mitch worked across various fields - Paralegal services for a tax attorney, marketing and office management for a rug cleaning company, and then working as a wholesale liaison for clients domestic and abroad in the American wool industry.
While in Oregon, Mitch was living alone with his German shorthair, Murphy, before he met the love of his life and eloped a year later. He likes to joke that when he introduced his dog Murphy to his wife after their first week of dating, Murphy just never came home with Mitch again.
